内流压力筛

概述
内流式压力筛用于对纸浆的精选，用于网前流送系统中对较低浓度木浆、草浆和废纸浆的精筛选，也用于机前各类纸浆的精选。
主要特点
1.旋翼在筛鼓外侧旋转，重杂质远离筛鼓流动，不会堵塞筛缝，筛鼓寿命大大增加；
2.低脉冲，筛选效率高，运行可靠。
工作原理
NLS型内流式压力筛是一个完全封闭的状态下带压力连续选料的设备，运行时带有压力未经筛选的纸浆由机体上部的进浆管成切线方向进入筛鼓外侧，借助筛鼓的内外压力差，合格的纸浆在压力作用下通过筛缝（孔）进入筛鼓内，由底部的良浆管导出，不能通过筛缝（孔）的渣浆及杂质下降到底部从排渣管排除。筛鼓外侧的旋转的翼片能够产生一个温和的压力，使纸浆环向流动得到进一步改善，其尾部则产生负压起到反冲洗筛缝（孔）的作用。可防止筛缝（孔）堵塞，从面使浆料不断地顺利通过筛缝（孔）保证了筛选连续运行。

Inflow Pressure Screen is used for fine screening equipment of the wood pulp, straw pulps and waste paper pulps, particularly is used in the Approach Flow before the Paper Machine.

Features of Inflow Pressure Screen:
1. The rotor is rotated outside of the sieve drum, and the heavy impurities flow away from the sieve drum to avoid clogging the screen cut and prolong greatly the service life of sieve drum;
2. It has low pulse, high screening efficiency and reliable operation.
