高浓除渣器

一、用途
高浓除渣器是用来在较高浓度下除去纸浆中比重较大的金属、沙子等各种重杂质，以获得高质量的浆料的一种理想设备，也是废纸制浆净化的必备设备。
二、结构
本机由进料三通、出浆管、大锥体、壳体、沉渣罐等组成。锥体上部用耐磨铸铁、尾部用玻璃制成，内部光滑，使用寿命长。浆料由上部进料三通切线进入，良浆出口在上部正中央。下锥部有平衡水进口、底部配有闸阀及沉渣罐，下锥部和沉渣罐分别设有窥视镜。
该设备合理设计了上部进料三通和出浆管，分离锥体长，可在浆料浓度较高的情况下获得良好的分离除渣效果。
三、工作原理
高浓除渣器是利用纤维与杂质比重不同来分离杂质的。浆料以一定压力由进料三通切线进入除渣器后高速旋转，由于离心力的不同，重杂质被甩向器壁，在重力作用下，渐渐向锥底运行，进入沉渣罐。纤维由于离心力较小，逐渐向中心低压区运行，到达底部后涡旋上升，最后由良浆口排出。高浓除渣器的锥体具有一定锥度，且锥体较长，浆料在锥体内旋转半径逐渐减小，避免浆流在旋转过程中速度降低，保证离心力得到加强，因而提高了纸料的净化效率。底部平衡水压力略大于浆料压力，使纤维不能进入沉渣罐，只有砂粒、金属颗粒、胶块、塑料等重杂质沉入罐内，减少了纤维流失。
