纤维分离机

一、用途及特点
纤维分离机是一种适应废纸制造优良纸浆的需要发展起来的新型设备，具有分离废纸浆中所含轻重杂物、对纤维进行二次疏解、高效节能等多种性能,一改传统工艺流程能源消耗大、纤维分离效果不佳、生产效率低等缺点；尤其对废纸中所含杂物（书钉、砂石、塑料薄膜、塑料石蜡、沥青）的去除能力强，使纸浆洁净，从而提高产品档次。其特点：
1、适用于处理各种废纸（包括低级废纸），减少原料预处理程度从而降低生产成本。
2、能够对浆料二次疏解，分离轻质杂物和清除重质杂物。
3、提高水力碎浆机的生产能力（水力碎浆机筛板孔直径可以扩大至?20㎜），降低单位能耗15%左右。
4、自动清洗筛孔，能获得优质浆料，减少纤维流失，可除去90%以上的杂质，提高纸品质量。
二、结构原理
1、设备结构
纤维分离机主要是由机壳、进出浆管、筛板、叶轮等组成。
纤维分离机机壳一般由钢板卷焊成圆锥形，进浆口设在其上部的切线方向，其底部设有重杂质出口。在机壳前面有一圆锥形前盖，由铰链与机壳相连，便于在检修时开启。前盖中央设有轻杂质出口，机壳后部设有筛板，浆料通过筛板上的筛孔，由良浆出口输出。旋转的叶轮紧靠筛板，叶轮与筛板之间保持一较小（1-3㎜）的间隙，叶轮固定在转轴上，转轴由滚动轴承支承经皮带轮由电动机拖动旋转。
2、工作原理
浆料以切线方向进入圆锥形机壳内，在进浆压力和旋转叶轮的强力推动下，浆料沿机壳高速旋转，并呈螺旋状向机壳锥形大端移动，然后再向小端返回，产生强烈的湍流和水力剪切。浆料受水力剪切、纤维间摩擦力和叶轮撞击的综合作用被疏解开。疏解后的浆料在筛板两边压力差和叶轮推动压力的共同作用下，通过筛板上的筛孔，从良浆出口排出。浆料在机壳内高速旋转时产生很强的离心力，在离心力作用下，浆料中的重杂质、纤维和轻杂质由于比重的不同而产生径向分层。重杂质沿机壳内壁运动，由于机壳呈锥形，重杂质在运动中逐渐向大端集中，最后被甩入重杂质出口而分离出去；轻杂质比重小，被集中在中心部位，从大端中心出口连续排出，轻杂质中混有纤维，需用振框筛加以回收。

Fibre Separator is a equipment which is developed with adapting to the needs that the high quality of paper pulp is made from the waste papers, and has many features, for example, separating the light and heavy impurities in the waste paper pulp, secondarily defibering the fiber and highly saving the energy. Especially, it has stronger removal capacity for the impurities (staples, gravel, plastic film, plastic paraffin and asphalt) in the waste paper, making the pulp clean and thus improving the product quality.

Features of Fibre Separator:
1. Suitable for processing all kinds of waste paper (including low-level waste paper) and reducing the pre-processing degree of the raw materials, thereby reducing the production cost.
2. Be able to secondarily defiber the pulp stock and then separate the light impurities and clear the heavy impurities.
3. Improve the production capacity of Hydrapulper (the diameter of the sieve hole of Hydrapulper can be expanded to Ø20㎜), and reduce the energy consumption  about 15%.
4. It can automatically clean sieve hole, obtain high quality of pulp stock and reduce the fiber loss. Meanwhile, it can remove more than 90% of impurities and improve the quality of the paper.
