高浓碎浆机

一、概述
    ZDSH系列高浓碎浆机是参考国外资料设计而成，主要用于废纸脱墨流程中，在高浓度和水温60-90℃的条件下迅速碎解废纸，同时通过化学药品的作用，使油墨粒子和纤维分离，油墨粒子和杂质尽量保持原有尺寸大小，从而使后面的油墨脱除、筛选、净化等工序能顺利进行，利用废纸制出高白度的浆料，并节约蒸汽、药品和动力消耗。高浓水力碎浆机已成为废纸脱墨制浆工艺中不可缺少的核心设备之一。
二、结构原理
    本设备为立式结构，主要由槽体、转子、传动部分、出浆盘、支架等部分组成。
转子装置由转子和轴承支承装置组成，转子上带有呈螺旋形的叶片，转子旋转时，浆料沿转子面由上向下运动，最后从装子下部甩向槽壁，再沿槽壁向上运动，重新被转子带到底部，形成强烈的水力冲击和剪切作用，浆料产生相互摩擦、柔搓，最后离解成单根纤维，同时在纤维间相互摩擦作用和脱墨剂的化学作用下，油墨从纤维表面剥落。轴承支承装置采用低摩擦结构，除填料函以外全部是非接触密封，减少不必要的能量损耗。
槽体由钢板焊接而成，上部带有角钢法兰，以备在高浓操作，低浓排放时扩大容积之用。下部配备有与出浆盘相连接的槽底法兰。槽体内底部有三块折流板，以促使浆料回流形成循环，并设有孔板在高浓碎解时作为稀释水通道使用。槽体底部设有排浆口，在碎解完成后，排放浆料。
槽体下部装有传动部分，由主轴、轴承、轴承座及皮带轮等组成。
转子下面根据工艺需要可安装大孔径筛板。更换转子及筛板还可作为低浓碎浆机使用。
支架由四根管柱和加强筋组成，支承槽体，加强筋上部与槽体焊接，下部与底板焊接，从而使支撑更牢固。
作为脱墨用的碎浆机，采用间歇操作，根据工艺流程，可高浓出浆，也可低浓出料。
