杂质分离机

一、用途及特点
本系列杂质分离机与沉渣井配套使用，用于制浆造纸行业废纸处理流程中除去碎浆机中的大量轻质及少量重质物。
杂质分离机在沉渣井之后，在碎浆机的碎解过程中含有粗大轻重杂质的浆料聚集到沉渣井中溢流进入杂质分离机，在其转子的作用下，良浆通过筛板进入下道工序。粗大杂物滞留在杂质分离机内，经定期冲洗压送圆筒筛脱水后排放。使用杂质分离机可尽早去除废纸浆中的杂质，避免碎解过程中细化杂物，减轻后道工序设备的负荷，提高碎浆机的生产能力，该机为连续碎浆系统中配套设备，具有除杂效率高生产能力大，结构紧凑，安装维修方便等优点。
二、结构原理
杂质分离机主要是由前盖、机壳、转子装置、底座、传动装置等组成。
前盖上面设有进浆管和重渣排出管。
机壳前部设有轻渣排出管，端部有法兰与转子装置中的出浆盘相连，两侧有连接底板与底座相连。
转子装置主要由转子、助轴、出浆盘、筛板装置、轴承座、传动支架、大三角带轮等部分组成。转子为耐磨铸钢材料，转子装置上有调节螺栓，可以调节筛板与转子之间的间隙。
底座用于支承机壳及传动部分。
传动装置主要由电机、小三角带轮、电机支架及三角胶带组成。

Impurity Separator of this series is used together with sediment trap, which is used in the processing process of waste paper of pulping and paper-making industry to remove a large number of light materials and a small amount of heavy materials in the pulper.

The products of this series are at the back of sediment trap. The pulp stock with thick light and heavy impurities in the disintegrating process by using pulper gather into sediment trap and then overflow into the Impurity separator. Then the accepts enter the next process through the sieve plate with the effect of the rotor. The thick impurities are kept in Impurity separator and are discharged after regularly washed and forcedly pressed into the drum sieve for dehydration. The use of this equipment can remove the impurities in the waste paper pulp as soon as possible, avoiding the refinement of the impurities in the disintegrating process, reducing the load of the equipment in the following process and improving the production capacity of the pulper.
