Reject Separator 

Brief Introduction

Reject Sorter is an Impurity Cleaning Equipment which is specially designed for processing the tailings from fiber separator, duplex fiber separator, pressure screen and other devices. It can effectively separate the fiber and impurities, and make the fiber recovery up to about 70% and reduce the fiber loss. Reject Sorter is operated under an ordinary pressure and closed condition, and it can continuously slag, no sticking screen, clogging pulp and pulp splashing. Meanwhile, no vibration and noise can be observed. It is not necessary to be supervised by a specified person, and the concentration of the impurities selected can be up to 10%-15%, which can directly be discarded as the waste without processing. Reject Sorter is the more advanced equipment for processing the tailings at present. Compared with the pressure-type tailings screen, it can simplify the system process and save power consumption; compared with vibration frame flat screen, it can significantly improve the screening efficiency, optimize the operation environment.
