Grapple

Brief Introduction

Grapple is used together with the lifting equipment in the continuous disintegration system to grapple the light and heavy impurities of sediment trap periodically. The grappler is composed of cylinder, four flaps and connecting rod, and it is matched with sediment trap to form the impurity removal system.

Features 
When Grapple drops, the flaps open and the grapple mouth stretches to its maximum size. When the landing position of the grapple is adjusted on the upper part of the pulp in sediment trap, it can remove the light impurities, while adjusted on the lower part of the pulp in sediment trap, it can remove the heavy impurities. The rated load of the grapple can be up to 300 Kg.
